Roles and Responsibilities:

The committee is committed to impartially and justly resolving disputes and grievances. Methods utilized could encompass mediation, negotiation, or suggesting actionable steps for resolution.

Drawing from the investigations conclusions, the committee might propose remedial actions, policy adjustments, or other necessary interventions to tackle the highlighted concerns.

Keeping thorough records of grievances, investigative processes, and subsequent measures taken is crucial for maintaining transparency, accountability, and for future insights.
